Kelley has significant experience working with individuals and families to plan for the management, protection, and transfer of wealth, including succession planning for owners of closely-held businesses. She handles complex charitable gift planning, estate planning for nontraditional families, planning for protection and preservation of assets, and estate, gift and income tax return preparation and review. Kelley also represents individual and professional fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate courts.\n \nKelley is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and is an adjunct professor of law at Western New England University School of Law in the Master of Laws (LLM) program.
