BUCCINI, PH.D. \n  \nIn today’s headlines we hear about Generation X, the Baby Boomers, and Cyberkids. Each seems to march to the beat of its own generation – often to the exasperation of the others. This presentation will examine the different groups, their values, their characteristics and their hot buttons. It will cover how to market to each and what you need to do to be successful - and yes, still keep your sanity. \n  \n \nDr. Buccini is a management consultant and professor of management. He was formerly the Dean of the Ancell School of Business, Chairman of the Management Department, and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Western Connecticut State University. \n  \nDr. Buccini specializes in the areas of executive leadership and human resource management. He assists executives in becoming more effective by aligning executives around the strategic imperatives and culture of their business.
