BEARNS, ESQ. \n  \n  \nMr. Beams has concentrated his practice in the field of estate planning, estate settlement and trust administration for the past forty or so years. He has lectured and written extensively on a variety of subjects in this field and has been active in the revision of Connecticut's disclaimer statutes. He has been a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel since 1977 and served as Chairman of its Connecticut chapter from 1990 to 1995. He is a member of the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and served as its Chairman from 1986 to 1988. He is as well a certified arc welder, member of the National Ski Patrol and, in 1961, graduated as First in Class from the Third Marine Division School of Demolitions, Mine Warfare and Booby Traps.
