In addition, it will consider how this knowledge can help avoid potential landmines and add value in the client relationship.    \n            \nOur speaker, Julie Jason, JD, LLM, is the author of the award-winning Managing Retirement Wealth: An Expert Guide to Personal Portfolio Management in Good Times and Bad. The book won the 2012 EIFLE Award (Excellence in Financial Literacy Education), as well as the 2012 International Book Award for Personal Finance. Her fifth book, The AARP Retirement Survival Guide: How to Make Smart Financial Decisions in Good Times and Bad, is the recipient of many awards including the Axiom Business Book Gold Medal for Retirement Planning; the EIFLE Award & the National Best Books Award for Personal Finance. Julie’s weekly newspaper column appears in the CT Post, Stamford Advocate, Greenwich Times & Danbury Time.
