Please join us in March for a discussion on What CPA’s, attorney’s and other trusted advisers need to know about New SEC Mandated Disclosure Documents for Financial Adviser- Trusted Advisers need to be alert to the new SEC-mandated disclosure documents that financial advisers have to deliver to their clients--a requirement that may impact how professionals view the financial advisers they refer their clients to or use when offering trust services. The program reviews the disclosures, provides samples of the types of advisers impacted, and reviews the underlying rationale for the new SEC Rules. In addition, it will consider how this knowledge can help avoid potential landmines and add value in the client relationship.
